Founding Expert Team

Dr Colin Lee
Founder of a family office, manager of a family fund, investor in hotel and real estate development, founder of financial technology, blockchain industry analyst, organizer of the Ethereum Asian community, and founder of the Blockchain Industry Analysts Association.
He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a Ph.D. in Financial Management from European University, an Executive Certificate in Digital Transformation from Cambridge University, a Bachelor of Laws, and is a member of the Wealth Management Certification and British Computer Society.

Dr Frederick Wong
With 15 years of experience in information technology and 18 years of experience in financial asset management, he is also the first generation of Internet and web HTML1.0 application programmers in Hong Kong. He continues to provide executive certificate management courses for the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Management, including e-commerce, digital marketing, investment portfolio management, financial technology, blockchain and innovative entrepreneurs. He is the chief initiator of courses. In recent years, he has focused on private equity funds and new economy project investment allocation.
Frederick is currently a principal responsible person of a licensed institution of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. His main regulated activities include licenses 1, 4, and 9. He is mainly responsible for asset management and fund business. He is also actively involved in private equity and family offices, pre-transactions of projects, mid-term management and capital matching.

Michelle CY Dou - Hong Kong Barrister (Lawyer) and Accountant (CPA) - RWA, Cryptocurrency and Blockchain
Ms. Dou has obtained her qualifications of Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA - CPA) and Barrister of the High Court after working in PricewaterhouseCoopers (Financial Services Stream) and Cheng Huan QC SC Chambers respectively. Ms. Dou has worked in the financial markets for over 18 years with experience in dealing with reputable clients which include large financial institutions and listed companies.
In her legal career, Ms. Dou has held the Legal Counsel position in various large financial institutions and a Main Board listed company. She has also held the Legal Counsel position in a reputable Fintech company which issued a spectrum of originally minted cryptocurrencies to the market through blockchains.
Ms. Dou is one of the very few barristers and accountants who truly has hands-on experience in issuing originally minted cryptocurrencies to the market through blockchains.
